radio cocina colaboratorio is a sound platform founded by elizabeth guerrero x jesper buursink, part of the cocina colaboratorio collective. a mobile radio deployed in public spaces in the form of open talks, cooking exchanges, sound-walks, workshops, and listening sessions.

the radio serves as a base for dissemination and exchange of different forms of knowledge, composed of oral history, testimonies, cooking audio recipes and memories around food, art, agro-ecology, and sustainability. a place to register and share intangible cultural heritage and the biocultural memory.

cocina colaboratorio, is a transdisciplinary network that connects academics, creatives, chefs, and producers to exchange knowledge and develop fair food systems in three communities of mexico: loma bonita, chiapas; santo domingo tomaltepec, oaxaca; and xochimilco, mexico city.
