Radio Cocina Colaboratorio is a sound platform founded by Eli Guerrero x Jesper Buursink, part of the Cocina Colaboratorio collective. A mobile radio deployed in public spaces in the form of open talks, cooking exchanges, sound-walks, workshops, and listening sessions.

The radio serves as a base for dissemination and exchange of different forms of knowledge, composed of oral histories, testimonies, cooking audio recipes and memories around food, art, agro-ecology, and sustainability. A place to register and share intangible cultural heritage and the biocultural memory.

Cocina Colaboratorio, is a transdisciplinary network that connects academics, creatives, chefs, and producers to exchange knowledge and develop fair food systems in three communities of mexico: Loma Bonita, Chiapas; Santo Domingo Tomaltepec, Oaxaca; and Xochimilco, Mexico City.
